The Jaguar F-type is a great British sports car. Jaguar has put out many engines to choose from for this car. The first engine that is available is a 2 litre, four cylinders and is turbocharged. All Jaguar F-types are supercharged, but they’re all familiar with other models in the Jaguar line up. The F-types engine is taken initially from the XE saloon and discovery sport.The F-type makes 296bhp.The top speed of the F-type is 155mph. There are also a V6 and a V8 available as well, and we believe that many keen drivers will go for the V6.When moving the engine up from four cylinders to six, this is going to turn up the drama system and make the exhaust crackle sound even better.The SVR version has the potential to reach 200mph as it can do 0-60 in 3.5 seconds.
The V8 is a little bit faster than the V6 on typical British roads, but the V6 still handles better because of the lighter more compact engine. The F-type is full of clean and smooth elegant touches, just the look of the bodywork is stunning. The F-type looks the part, but is it worthy enough to be the modern successor of the E-type? There are cup holders and pockets at the door for all your bits and pieces. Overall, its practical for a sports car it has reasonable room and cup holders.
